We have a strict cancellation policy. We ask that you give at least 24 hours to change or cancel your appointment time so that others may use the time allocated to you and avoid the cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of the normal consult fee will apply if cancelled less than 24 hours without rescheduling.
Pre-Paid Appointments
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3–6 days will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Appointment Changes
Rescheduling appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling appointments within 24 hours of the consultation will be based on our discretion and may incur 50% of the fee. Failure to attend will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.
